Mental Health Podcast Series
The topic of mental health is in the headlines just about every day. The amount of stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and overall sadness people are dealing with seems to be more prevalent than ever. We decided that having some podcasts on the conversation around mental health could benefit those visiting our site. This first podcast, “Opening Up About Mental Health,” will cover key strategies to encourage openness. By listening to this podcast, you take the first step in helping start conversations and foster a supportive community.
Medical ID Cards
Enrolled subscribers in the CalCPA Health medical plans as of 1/1/2024 should have received new medical/Rx ID cards in the mail in January 2024. Note, that all CalCPA Health members will receive a new ID card even if they did not go through Open Enrollment or make any changes to your elections. Once you receive your new card, please destroy your old one as using that one could delay the processing of your claims. Also, your ID card is always available on your mobile app (Sydneyhealth.com to download) and at anthem.com/ca. Your digital ID card works just like the printed one.
