The online billing site is where you can view payment history and view/download invoices. If you already have login credentials for the online billing site, click here. If you do not have credentials, please complete the fillable Online Billing Registration form and submit it to Banyan Administrators for processing. This online billing provides a direct link to Union Bank to pay your bill online. You can find this link under the Payment Options panel once you have logged in.
Please note Direct Biller through Union Bank will be shut down at the end of April and be replaced with the new payment platform.
To make an online payment, change a reoccurring online payment, or schedule a future payment, you may use the DirectBiller site. Please note that you cannot view and download invoices through the DirectBiller site.
Before proceeding to the online payment center, you will need to have your client code and your latest premium invoice. Please note that payments may only be made from your checking or savings account as we cannot accept credit card payments at this time.

IMPORTANT: If your coverage has been terminated due to non-payment, submission of payment online does not constitute acceptance and does not guarantee reinstatement. Reinstatement of coverage is at the sole discretion of the Group Insurance Trust and requires a written request for reinstatement before approval will be considered.
