Billing Information

Billing for most CalCPA Health plans is provided by Banyan Administrators. If you have questions regarding your invoice please contact Banyan Administrators at 877-480-7923 or via email.

For your convenience we provide the following payment methods for group medical, dental and vision plans:

This is the most hassle free option – we can debit your account each month automatically. Let us know of any adjustments and we can take care of it for you. Contact Banyan Administrators at 877-480-7923 or via email for more information.

eBenefits Billing

The eBenefits Billing site is where you can view payment history and view/download invoices. If you already have login credentials for the eBenefits Billing site, click here. If you do not have credentials, please complete the eBenefits Billing Registration form and submit it to Banyan Administrators for processing. eBenefits Billing even provides a direct link to Union Bank to pay your bill online. You can find this link under the Payment Options panel once you have logged in.


To make an online payment, change a reoccurring online payment, or schedule a future payment, please click here to be directed to the DirectBiller site. Please note that you cannot view and download invoices through the DirectBiller site.

Before proceeding to the online payment center, you will need to have your client code and your latest premium invoice. Please note that payments may only be made from your checking or savings account as we cannot accept credit card payments at this time.

IMPORTANT: If your coverage has been terminated due to non-payment, submission of payment online does not constitute acceptance and does not guarantee reinstatement. Reinstatement of coverage is at the sole discretion of the Group Insurance Trust and requires a written request for reinstatement before approval will be considered. Please contact Banyan at (877) 480-7923 or to request reinstatement.
