CalCPA Health offers members access to quality eye care doctors, eyewear, and low out-of-pocket costs through Vision Service Plan (VSP). VSP has the largest network of doctors to choose from and provides ease of finding in-network doctors. The plan covers periodic eye examinations required to determine the presence of visual problems or other eye abnormalities. Should glasses be prescribed, VSP will supervise the manufacturing, fitting, and adjustments to assure the highest level of patient care and comfort.

Group Vision Plan: Eligibility
Employer Eligibility
VSP is available to CalCPA member firms employing at least one CalCPA member. To be eligible and retain such eligibility, at least one participant must be a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Society in good standing.
Employee Eligibility
Active, regular full-time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for coverage.
Dependent Eligibility
Spouse, qualified domestic partner and dependent children (up to age 26) are eligible as long as they remain qualified and are in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Participation Requirements
100% of active, regular full-time employees working at least 20 hours per week must be covered.
Provider Search
CalCPA Health utilizes the VSP provider network. You maximize your vision benefits by using a VSP network provider.

Solo Practitioner Eligibility
